Chris Winter

Chris is a co-founding partner at 4-Profit, LLC. 4-Profit is a leading coaching firm purpose-built to support growing IT and telecommunications companies and the channel that services them. Chris has an acute understanding of the metrics and inputs required to carry out desired strategy and change in a partner business. He combines this experience, and proprietary 4-Profit benchmarking tools with thoughtful and targeted client feedback to help solution providers reach their goals. 4-Profit being his third similar business, he understands what it takes to start, grow and then sell a business – each an advisory service provided by 4-Profit with specific emphasis on leadership, growth and succession planning.

Having completed his MBA with an early background in finance and operations, Chris now provides a full range of leadership coaching to clients starting with the goal in mind to both coaches within the 4-Profit team and clients alike. He compliments our 4-Profit team with 17 years solving owner issues and facilitating solution provider peer programs. He continues his research and
development of educational growth and advancement for the Solution Provider marketplace.

 Prior to his work at 4-Profit, Chris worked in finance operations management for an ISV and marketing and operations for Xerox Corporation. Today Chris provides advisory services and critical best practices reports and books on writing on optimization of partner businesses. Chris is co-author of Mastering a Culture of Accountability, 2008 Advantage Press and Break Points, 2011 Wingspan Press.
