Management Team
Larry Kesslin and Chris Winter founded 4-Profit together in order to help solution providers reach their dreams.
Over the past 20 years Larry has worked with thousands of solution providers, and numerous vendors and distributors in the industry. Larry understands what makes solution providers tick and what they need in order to be successful and adaptive businesses. Larry is also a seasoned public speaker, having given several keynotes for companies including HP, Gartner, IBM, and others. Specifically, Larry has conducted keynote sessions at Gartner’s past three IT ChannelVision conferences.
Larry has a BS in Electrical Engineering and had a corporate career with Westinghouse and GE before venturing out on his own in 1993. At GE, Larry was responsible for distribution management in the technology arena in the Northeast USA. Working with his partner Chris Winter, Larry created the “Built 4-Profit Development Program” designed to help solution providers in the IT and telecommunications space increase profitability and achieve the results desired for their businesses.

Chris Winter is an MBA and 4-Profit partner with extensive solution provider business experience. Chris has 12 years experience in business assessment, financial management, research, strategy, best practices and facilitating solution provider peer programs. Chris spent several years prior in finance and operations management covering vendor, solution provider and then leadership of several personally held companies. Prior experience includes finance operations management for an independent software vendor (ISV) and marketing and operations for Xerox Corporation in the early 90’s. Chris has a wide range of skills and experience but most enjoys providing advisory services, benchmark development, operations review, and authoring on optimization of partner businesses.
